Understand
how your nervous system and brain work together to create the experience of pain. Understanding this connection helps you see that pain is also influenced by your thoughts, emotions, and sense of safety.
Learn
how to break the pain cycle by interrupting the pain-fear loop that keeps your body in fight/flight. You’ll explore how awareness, movement, and breath can help your system find ease.
Reconnect
with your body kindly by tuning into your body’s signals with curiosity and compassion. This gentle awareness helps you build trust with your body and create a sense of safety from within.
Practice
gentle mindfulness tools that help you tune into your body, release tension, and find moments of ease even when pain arises.

You'll also receive a pre-workshop pdf guide and a take-home toolkit so what you learn stays with you.
...I repeatedly see how many people living with chronic pain feel confused, overwhelmed, and unsure about what to do next. Despite seeking help, the underlying reasons why pain persists are rarely explained in a clear and meaningful way.
This workshop was created to change that.
My aim is to increase awareness of how the mind and body interact in chronic pain, and to help people understand the mechanisms that keep pain going, not as something imagined, but as a real and understandable process within the nervous system.
Most importantly, I want to give people a sense of agency: the understanding that there are practical ways to influence their experience, support recovery, and relate differently to their pain. Through education, guided practices, and reflection, participants begin to move from confusion and helplessness toward understanding and active participation in their own healing process.
