This interactive workshop introduces a science-based mind-body approach that helps you understand why pain persists and how you can begin changing your relationship with it.

Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, this workshop explores how the brain and body work together in chronic pain, and how safety, awareness, and movement can help calm an overprotective nervous system.

Through education, guided exercises, and group discussion, participants learn practical tools to reduce fear, increase confidence in movement, and reconnect with their body in a safe and supportive way.
